now I haven't thought about death
in a whole week
and not very much in a month
start the day with a strong black coffee
and then another for lunch
coffee is incredible

what is happening now
is that I notice others
who are suicidal
and I try to take care of them
"and all the pain will be worthwhile"

guiding light
