everything is alright for now. had a tiny amount of anxiety but it passed <3

cooking som alt-rice now, with plenty of curry spice in and some salt.

if you use enough curry, the carbohydrates will taste like meat. for real!

its the secret sacred spice of india.... <3

originally they used curry-leaves, sweet neem leaves

then someone figured out how to synthesize it

with lots of spices :)

and thus it graces many dishes worldwide <3
