hey i was that in 2012
i had anxiety
24/7
it was hell
but soon i found friends and
got interested in politics
and it got better
i blame it on the smartphones
but i get the same from any
mobile phones or just a landline
you dont get the human connection
it is said we talk
with body language
for 85% of what we say
that means
you dont really have to
say anything when
youre with someone
thats why talking to
someone every day
is important to me
i try to throw them off
see their light somehow
