i prayed and i prayed
for 2 whole days
they put me in a mental ward
and i prayed more
as for what
the words mean
to me
it means i should
take care of myself
after i have woken up
to have that calm inside me
from having slept well
which i just about always do
to hold it as long as possible
during the day and evening
this was given to me via telepathy
over several hours
i even heard the monks chant it
i now remember it fully
